John has over 25 years of CPA, CFO, CEO and entrepreneur experience serving early stage and fast growth companies under 30 million dollars. He is a graduate of Binghamton University and an alumnus of the Entrepreneurial Services Group of the New York office of Ernst and Young, LLP. He is the founder of national wine merchant Select Wines, which he sold in 2005. He has CFO and CEO experience in fast growth private and public companies including Comstock Images, MCY.com, Select Wines (founder) and Small Business Television Network. John has authored numerous business plans that raise capital and has advised on numerous business sales and acquisitions.
John has served on several boards. He has been interviewed on television, radio, print and has appeared as a speaker and panelist at conferences and colleges regarding entrepreneurship, small business finance and taxation.
John is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Series 6, and 63 Securities License.
