John M. D'Aquila, CPA - Managing Partner
John has over 24 years of CPA, CFO, CEO and consulting experience serving early stage and fast growth companies under 30 million dollars. He is a graduate of Binghamton University and an alumnus of the Entrepreneurial Services Group of the New York office of Ernst and Young, LLP. He is the founder of national wine merchant Select Wines, which he sold in 2005. He has CFO and CEO experience in fast growth private and public companies including Comstock Images, MCY.com, Select Wines (founder) and Small Business Television Network. John has authored numerous business plans for presentation to private investors and venture capitalists.
John has served on several boards and has appeared as a speaker and panelist on various matters including starting a business, financing a business and small business taxation.
John is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Series 6, and 63 Securities License.
